  • IBC 2022 to be an In-Person Conference

UPDATE: Regarding our ability to meet in Riga, we do not anticipate any changes to our plans at this time. However, we are monitoring the situation very closely and are keeping in close contact with local vendors on the ground in Riga for the latest assessment from their side. We will continue to reassess as needed, keeping in mind the safety and security of our IBC guests and staff.

    ------------------------

As of 27 January, the leadership planning all aspects of the 2022 IBC recognizes the continued uncertainty surrounding the pandemic. However, at this time, and considering the recent statements from the EU and changing conditions in Europe, the Society expects to be able to hold a fully in-person meeting in Riga. We will continue to update our community as new information becomes available.
